You are never too old to start. In contrary Wing Chun is a lifestyle that makes you stronger and critical thinker. 

It is very safe space, but you also preparing for real fight, So conditioning is part of it.

Our training is designed to be as safe as possible. We focus on proper technique, controlled drills, and clear communication between partners. While martial arts involves movement and conditioning that prepare you for real situations, safety is always our top priority. Any contact is done in a controlled way to minimize risk, so injuries are very rare.

No, we practice in a safe environment. Only advance students participate on sparing. We do not allow students on advance match until they are ready. Beginner will have safeguard fight drill  

Tue, Thurs: 8:00-10:30 pm

Fri: 10am to 12pm

Sat 10am-2pm

4 Times, students at must attend at least 2 classes per week
